The Blue Stars is an elite Marching Arts Drum and Bugle Corps that peforms 28-30 competitions around the country during its 8 week summer tour. Our Lease came up and us at Berry Global made the switch to Rihm. Very wonderful experience with everything. Communication was excellent and working with Todd Taylor was a pleasure. We did have some issues that came up and needed attention on the truck after delivery and Rihm did everything they could to relieve these issues as quick as possible. Troy & his staff at Rihm Leasing always do a great job! They are always able to get my trucks in for service on a timely manner. They also let me know if there are areas of concern or parts that will need to be serviced in the future by doing a full inspection every time. Plus they wash my trucks after they service them which is a huge courtesy!

Bill Schultz and his team made our switch from company-owned vehicles to leased vehicles very simple and cost effective. They handle issues quickly even go out of their way to make things right, even when they werent at fault. Part of our conversion included 9 straight trucks where we ordered the wrong size boxes and Bill worked his magic, swapped out the boxes and then sold the wrong ones for us so we didnt have to lift a finger! Rihm leasing is an excellent place to have your trucks and trailers worked on. We have them do all our work and everything gets done on a timely manner. They will make arrangements on short notice to get something fixed in order to get the truck going if needed.
